Enjoy a variety such as air fried, baked, roasted, grilled, steamed, sauteed, stir-fried, etc. Just be mindful of the amount of cooking oil used! A light mist is all you need to protect the veggies during the cooking process. Measuring your veggies after they have been cooked will ensure you get the full portion.
