Your meal plan automatically remains paused with inactivity. Each time you log a meal in MetPro your progress bar advances. MetPro runs its algorithm at each bar fill which may result in a new meal plan recommendation. Meal plan adjustments are based on your goal, progress, and personal results during the current bar fill period.
If you are planning a period of inactivity (vacation etc), MetPro won't leave you in the dust. You can expect to find your program right where you left off once you resume logging.
While you can’t turn off the algorithm, you can change your goal at any time. The Weight Maintain goal usually reduces the degree of variation between meal plan recommendations. Remember, with any goal and any meal plan, you can always log extra macros in the Extra Food screen. It’s an easy way to add more food or view MetPro’s suggestions for different occasions (such as Post Workout or Appetite Control snacks.)
