Metabolic Profiling Is Not A Single Diet: It’s an assessment tool that measures your individual response across an entire spectrum of intake levels. It produces a metabolic rating that corresponds to how your body is reacting to your current intake and exercise efforts. It’s a method that enables MetPro to track how you respond across multiple intake ranges and then compares that data against thousands of others.
Meal Plans Are Categorized As Phases: Each phase can have multiple variations at that intake level. But generally, the higher the phase, the higher the calories, carbohydrates, and glycemic range allowable in the selectable foods. Lower phases are lower in carbohydrates and/or calories allotted. Glycemic load thresholds are set lower at lower phases.
Understanding Your Meal Plan Designation: The name, phase number, and arrow refer to the intended gender, category, and additional modifiers that went into the meal plan.
