To be direct—eat it anyway. Some diet programs encourage eating only when hungry, effectively letting your current metabolic pace determine how much you eat. With MetPro, we’re trying to do quite the opposite. That doesn’t mean eat to the point of discomfort, but we want to recondition your metabolism to run at the pace we want—FAST! That means eating at regular intervals and not skipping meals. This is part of the process of retraining your metabolism to speed up.
Your metabolic pace will up-regulate to match your intake, which is the whole idea. And, if not, MetPro will quickly assess that your intake is too high and adjust.
In the meantime, try selecting less filling ingredients in the meal builder when creating your meals. Note the portions as you fill up each macro bar.
Note: An exception to this rule may occur if you’re trying to gain weight / build muscle and MetPro gradually increase your intake. If you find it difficult to finish all the food on a very high meal plan phase, just do the best you can, but don’t eat to the point of discomfort. Building meals out of foods that are less bulky can help a lot.
