Each action you take has a value, based on your goal, assigned meal plan, and more. Once you’ve performed enough actions, such as eating assigned meals and completing workouts, MetPro will calculate a new meal plan and training protocol tailored to your progress.
Just remember, there are negatively weighted actions too. MetPro’s going to ask you to record the beer you just had –and you need to be honest when you tell it how many. Seriously, you’ve got to be brutally honest if you want MetPro to work correctly.
You’ll know you’re getting close to a new recommendation because your progress bar will near 100%. MetPro runs it’s algorithm at every bar fill. Logging a workout or checking off a meal once in a while won’t be enough data for MetPro to work with. You’ll have to work towards completing several MetPro objectives per day. Full participation will net you an update every few days. An occasional off meal or missed workout won’t stop you from progressing, but it will take MetPro a little longer to collect the data it needs for your next recommendation.
