MetPro will ask you to identify your body type (and help you to do so if you’re unsure how). You can adjust your body type later, but it’s uncommon to do so. Your selected body type and goal will impact how heavily MetPro weights certain things. For example, you’ll be assigned strength training much more often if you choose the goal “build muscle” as an ectomorph. Endomorphs will see aerobic conditioning pop up a little more often than other body types regardless of goal –this is based on our years of experience, and data from thousands of other MetPro users.
Still, you can freely select “your own” workouts. This is often the case for people who are participating in sport specific training. MetPro will still ask you to log your exercise so it can analyze its contribution to your progress. Just select the category your exercise best fits within, as well as the amount of time you spent training.
