Nope. That’s a tact used by the diet industry, not MetPro. We believe in enjoyment, empowerment, and thriving. If you’re hungry all the time you won’t be a happy person. MetPro works by up-regulating your metabolic rate to trigger an adaptive response, not long-term deprivation. That doesn’t mean you might not have periods of being more restrictive if your goal is currently set to fat loss, but the overall strategy is to increase your metabolic capacity and not repress it through hunger.
You also have the "Extra Food" section specifically to address this issue. Don’t abuse it, but use this section as needed.
Note: Don’t forget you can change your protein quantities by adjusting your protein preferences in the profile screen. If you find you are struggling with appetite control, this may be a good place to start.
