We’re all human. If you have an off-menu meal, don’t give up. An occasional cheat meal won’t stop you from progressing. The key is to get back on track with your next meal or snack. If you deviate too much within a short time period, your progress bar will drop and MetPro will require more time before it can calculate your next recommendation. While an occasional off or missed meal may not hamper overall progress, too many, naturally enough, will have adverse effects on your body composition, weight, or performance.
