Whenever possible, select restaurants that offer healthy options. Eat as close to your MetPro meal plan as you can. Do your best to choose food items you see within your MetPro app and be mindful of portion size. For example, a nice piece of steak is fine, but make sure that you limit it to the amount suggested in your app (eyeballing it, of course, we don't expect you to take your food scale in with you!). If you are doing take-out, measure and weigh out the components to get as close as possible. We suggest you leave your meal un-checked when dining out if you are uncertain you got exact portions. If you order something that doesn’t fit (ie: Pizza), be sure to also add additional junk food points.
