If following an intermittent fasting window is important to you, you can still use MetPro. You can delay the timing of your first meal as you see fit, and space the meals as evenly as possible during your fueling window. To complete all of your meals for the day, you will likely need to eat your meals and snacks more frequently than our general recommendation of every 2-3 hours.
During higher phases of metabolic revving cycles, you may find it challenging to consume the allotted volume in your meal plan. Some users choose to expand their eating window by an hour or two to make this more manageable during Revving Cycles. For MetPro to work as intended, do your best to eat everything on your plan! Leave any meals unchecked that you don't get. It will take longer to fill your progress bar if you regularly miss meals or snacks in your MetPro meal plan.
